What Support Do You Wish You Had Right Now?

Early in my journey, I hit a wall. As a single working mom, I was juggling never‑ending tasks and felt pulled in every direction. I was also facing some health challenges, which made it even harder. I crawled into bed each night, exhausted and fearful of where I was heading. I had started procrastinating important things at work and personally, and then it hit me, I was missing a crucial element—support. I briefly sank into self‑pity, wondering where I’d ever find that support—until I discovered coaching.

Now, as a coach, I often ask: “What support do you wish you had right now that you’re not getting?” It’s surprising how many of us respond the same way: “I need someone to believe in me, keep me accountable, and remind me why I started in the first place.”
